Ligers are going to kill us all!

Fortunately, there's an Anti-Liger Alliance to protect us! Here's their website.

What's a liger? A liger is a cross between a male tiger and a female lion. This is different than the tigon, which is less common and is the cross between a female tiger and a male lion. It's also much bigger. Ligers are commonly bigger than either lions or tigers, perhaps exhibiting a kind of gigantism.

Here are some liger websites.

This group has their own ligers! They perform and stuff. Their liger is huge: it's over twelve feet tall when standing on its hind legs! Holy cow!

This site has some more detailed information, as well as some pictures of Ti-Ligers.

The Sierra Safari Zoo has their own liger called "Hobbs." He is big, and he is north of Reno on Highway 395!
