The judicial theories of the more liberal leaning ideologues are frightening. It may well be that the single issue for voters ought to be a support for the Constitution, as properly understood. I really think a vote for Kerry was a vote against the Constitution, because his intellectual presuppositions destabilize the document as a basis for a country's law. And that pretty much sinks America's heart.
