Changes!

Ok, so the old ugly orange template is out after 2 years, 178 days, 10 hours and about 15 minutes. We'll try this one for awhile. Major pro: the lighthouse in the upper left (I was thinkin' of you, Lib!).

Also, we're now using Blogger comments with word verification. I'm pretty surprised I never had comment spam with Haloscan, but I'm thankful none-the-less. Perhaps my blog is just way below radar.

I've cleaned up and fixed some of the links in the side bar, I think none of them are dead or stupid now. Let me know if you find one.

Also, if you have a general impression (is this an improvement, or is it not, complaints, suggestions, etc) please share it. I'll listen and do what I can to make this a more pleasant viewing experience.

Lighthouse, like They Might Be Giants or like Thomas Kinkade?

Site looks nice. The orange gave me Orange Julius nightmares. Now I shall dream sweetly of sea-foam.

Ooh, purty. However, it needs a rocking chair with an old lady. Make sure it is a black silhoutte. I think that would make it even better.

I think you lost all your comments.

Micah: That's an awkward choice to offer.

Eric: The lady in the window is freaky, and I know the comments are gone: I transitioned out of haloscan. But that transition is pleasantly smooth, I think, since I'm using the pop up comments system.

Should be a picture of the Agate Beach
Lighthouse.

Nice, but my last name's not Robinson anymore. :)

Well, see, there you go! I'll fix it.

On second thought, maybe you're right Jon. I take back my recommendation. Dang, now I have to totally rethink my interpretation of Psycho.

How do your friends differ from intelligentsia? Which do you put Dustin in?

It's a genre thing: none of those blogs are personal weblogs. I am not completely happy with that title, but it's the best I've been able to think up so far.

People might also what to know the facts about Dustin...
